Getting Started

Once you have decided to bring us onboard, the process of working with us is very easy and hassle-free!

1) Pick up the phone and call our toll free number at 1-888-522-6121 to schedule your consultation. If you reach our answering machine, we will confirm your order within 24 hours (or the next business day) by returning your call.

2) We will set up either a daytime or evening appointment with you for an hour-long (give or take) consultation to gather the information we need. We will also be asking you to send over any additional information you might have via fax or email (if you have anything) prior to the appointment, with a limit of 10 pages for new graduate, entry, or mid-level services.

3) After we have completed your consultation, the next phase is the writing / development of the resume. Typical turnaround of the first draft averages 5 to 7 business days and this will be sent out via email or fax (your preference) so you can look at it right away. In addition, the resume and paper samples will be mailed out to you with "restricted signature required" to ensure that your highly confidential materials reach you.

From there we ask that you just pick up the phone and call the toll free number again to discuss and complete any changes right on the spot. Once you have approved everything we simply send out your final copies via mail and email so you can roll it out for the world to see!
